Talking ancient stone statues, gold, and temples…
A dear friend of mine just reminded me of one of the best childhood shows that we both shared. Before Survivor or the other over budget under written show The Amazing Race ever where thought of there was is jewel. “Legends of the Hidden Temple” was complete with a sage statue named Olmec who explained the secrets within each temple and the cryptic clues of the ruins. Teams like the silver snakes and the purple parrots each show involved challenges that these new shows only glean from such as walking over planks in boiling smoke covered moats. I would shout at my TV as the last team puts together the silver monkey. Like a real life video game, team members collect life pendents for use in the final stage. Finding episodes of “Legends of the Hidden Temple” on the internetz is why I love google so. The ABSOLUTE BEST PART IS ENTERING OLMEC’S TEMPLE!!! Enjoy!
